- Full life cycle of the IT staffing business.
- Experience on permanent, contact and contract to hire positions.
- Understanding requirements, coordinate with the TLs/ Account Manager •
- Ensure interview turnout and quality line ups •
- Proven technical recruiting skills with sound track record •
- Strong ability in identify, cold calling and qualifying candidates •
- Understand client prospects and create proactive pool •
- Hands on with active and passive candidate sourcing •
- Salary requirements and negotiation •
- Understanding of strategies to close varied nature of positions as per Client needs •
- Knowledge of domain and technology based recruiting •
- Schedule candidates for interviews with clients and coordinate with the Account Manager/ TL •
- Maintain all documentation using candidate database to track information and hiring metrics
